Guangdong Singwear Garments Co. Ltd _ a subsidiary of the Maniform Group _ is a professional supplier of seamless undergarments. We integrate the product development, design, manufacturing and marketing processes to better serve our domestic and overseas buyers.
We offer a range of MID-range to high-end seamless items. Our collection features lingerie, swimsuits, bras, thermal garments and more. All of our items are popular amongst buyers in North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Russia and Europe. That is because our over 50 QC inspectors _ each with 10 years of experience _ test our garments to an AQL of 2.5. We also source materials, including nylon, spandex, modal, cotton and bamboo fiber from Switzerland, Britain and Israel to ensure the color fastness and eco-friendly properties of our units meet international standards.
Equipped with a 40, 000-square-meter, ISO 9001: 2008-certified factory and 900 employees, we are able to turn out 50, 000 units monthly on 20 production lines. This volume production enables us to fill the large orders of Forever 21. And to stay efficient, we recently invested $8 million in advanced equipment. Plus, we allocated $20, 000 annually into our R&D department. As a result, we release 20 new designs each month and can finish custom samples in just seven days.
