1. Packing: packed by PE bags inside and carton outside
2. Shipping: Usually shipped the goods by vessel. For very urgent order and higher freight accepted, air shipping is also an option.

Quality control standard:
1. material inspection
All of PE materials and PET bottle preform are strictly inspected by our QC department. Only good clean material will be used for mass productions.
As per customer's requirement, we use importd eco-friendly recycling material.
2. QC staffs spot check when production
Every half an hour QC staff will casual choose some samples from every process to do tests when production, and write records accordingly. This way, we can find the detection and solve production problems in time to reduce scrap rate and loss.
3. Process self-test
Group leader at every process do full test for their own line to in case that bad quality of products go through next process. Our production manager will do full evaluation on group leader at every process.
4. 100% inspection on finished product before delivery
Before shipment, QC dept. needs to do strict inspection on finished products as per related standard. Only the whole batch of plastic tubes and plastic PE PET bottles are qualified, we will ship out the goods.
5. Feedback from our clients 
After clients rceived the goods, we collected feedback from them. If they have any complaints and problems on the goods, we will immediately do serious analysis, and work out with improvement solution, then send improvement solution to clients by formal written way, so that we can ensure our product quality will continuously improve through mutual effort.
