Jiangsu Lantian Peier Membrane Co., Ltd. ( briefed as "Peier Membrane Industry") was registered in Gaocheng town, Yixing city, known as China′s "Home of environmental protection", which was a high-tech membrane enterprise jointly invested by Jiangsu Lantianshui Group, Shanghai Bijing Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Nanjing University of for Science and Technology. Being the Director of the China Membrane Industry Association, the company has also passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification and is awarded as the new and high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

The company has developed the 3rd generation membrane product with intellectual property right belonged to ourselves, which is the technology breakthrough product in the field of water treatment and environmental protection in the past 30 years with leading technology in the world. The company owns the country′s largest closed production workshop for clean membrane with full range of production, testing and laboratory facilities. The submerged type plain film membrane component and module produced by the company has passed the technical appraisal for new product organized by the Ministry of Construction and were award the certificate for promotion of new product.

The company has set up MBR membrane technology development & application center with joint efforts of Membrane Technology and Engineering Research Center of Tsinghua University and Shanghai No. 9 Design Institute to research and develop membrane modules of different materials and sizes as well as the manufacturing technology.
