BM-1500 stretch blow molding machine is suitable to produce different shaped of PET/PC/PE bottle. Can blow 200ml to 3000ml bottles and is widely used to produce mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, and medicine, cosmetic bottles, oil bottles, and more.

Capacity: 1, 500 bottles per hour (500ml)
1 bottle preforms pre-heater and 2 bottle blowers. The machine adopts revolving infrared pre-heat system. Ensures PET performs be heated evenly. With two blowing units, make sure the blowing speed increase twice production. The machine uses mechanical-double-arm mold clamping which ensures the mold be closed tightly even under high pressure and high temperature. The air system has been divided into two parts: Pneumatic action part and bottle blow part to meet the different pressure requirements for the action and blow.

Can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles. The machine is also equipped with silencer and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical parts of the machine. The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi-auto mode. Wide-mouth and hot-fill bottles can also be made by this machine.
