Equipped with IcePak, Flotherm and Qfin CFD Software, we can provide a scheme demonstration in a day for a simple design and 10 days for a complicated one, proofing in 2 days (15 days for a complicated one), die opening in 2-3 weeks, and mass production in 3-5 weeks.
Staffed with 500 workers, our ISO 9001: 2000-certified-factories covers an area of 50, 000<sup>2</sup>. We mainly offer stamped heat sink, extruded heat sink, bonded heat sink, soldered heat sink, swaged heat sink, liquid cooled plate, and the integrated assembling of heat sink, fin, screw, thermal pad and CNC machining. Facilitated with reflow oven, provided by Noustar, coordinate measuring machine, three welding lines, ten punch lines and 30 processing lines, our factories turn out 100, 000pcs of normal heat sink per month.
Our 30 five-year-experience R&D technicians can release 5 new items each month. They can communicate with the buyers in English and turn the buyers′ ideal into reality truthfully. With the help of five cutting machine and mold workshop, we can customize a new sample in a month.
50 QC staff members inspect the production process strictly by Germany and Japan exported testers. Our products should pass the IQC, QA and OQC before shipment. 0.3% of return rate gives us confidence to provide three-year warranty.
