Parallel Counter-Rotating Twin Screw Extruders (130/25)

LDP series parallel counter-rotating twin screw exturders are used for PVC powder extrusion, equipped with various moulds and auxiliary equipments, they can produce kinds of PVC pipe, PVC profile, board, flake, stick and granule. The core of screw adopts oil cooling and the barrel adopts special wind cooling system. The control system adopts PLC control with easy operation. According to various direction for producing, using most reasonable screw, achieving best quality plastify and flow. The screw is totally processed by high precision numerical control milling machine, which can assure of the high consistency of each extruder, taking the lead in introducing the most advanced screws designs of changing screw pitch and deepness, make the materials in barrel cutting and pressing more softly and meet actual need. The distributing box is designed specially, and the thrust bearing is larger, adopting imported bearing with long life and more extrusion pressure, the electrical parts system adopts mostly imported components, with many fault alert functions, and less faults and easy faults revoming.
