Supply PP Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric in China as follows:
1) Weight: 10 - 260GSM
2) Width: 160cm, 180cm, 240cm, 320cm also can be split.
3) embossed designs: DOT design(small DOT standard DOT); Corss design, printed design.
4) Any colors available according to customers′ color samples or we can send you our color card with color code. Customers also can place order by Pantone color code.
5) Our PP nonwoven is Widely used in production of shopping bags, furniture cover, medical usage, clothes′ inner lining, hand bag, suitbag, bedding sheet, pillow case, and other daily goods. It also can be as a base fabric for artificial leather. The material could also (generally treated UV) used in agricultural purpose to prevent pests. Besides, we can make flame retardancy fabric.
6)we can make softness, hardness according to customers′s requirements of tear strength broken strength and pull strength which is very suitable for customers′ end-use. Since our technicians can control our machines very well with more than 17 years production knowledge and experience
7)we also can make addtional production: PE coating, OPP laminating. Usually PP+PE, PP+OPP, PP+OPP+PRINTED design. The OPP laminating is environmentally which is now a very popular design in domestic and foreign countries.
