It uses PE, PP or other resins as raw materials to produce plastic packaging containers such as plastic bottles, ampoules, eye drops and oral liquid bottles and can realize filling and sealing.

It features modular design, compact and reasonable structure, simple operation, stable running and high product qualification rate;

It can be equipped with single-row molds, double-row molds and multi-cavity molds and can adapt to the production of 0.2ml-20ml bottles.

It has CIP / SIP function, meets the requirements of aseptic filling and sealing, and ensures that the product is qualified.

The isolation system can be selected to separate the operation and maintenance area of the equipment from the filling production area. The filling production area has a Class A air shower device which can ensure that the aseptic risk level in the filling area is the lowest.

According to different product bottle shapes, the maximum output capacity of the machine can reach 11,000 bottles per hour.

Various specific bottle mold designs are available upon user requirements.

With an automatic manipulator, the extruded plastic parison is automatically removed before production, one-button operation.

The surface and interior of the machine are easy to clean and there is no clean dead leg. The parts to be cleaned have quick connection. All sealing gaskets are easy to disassemble and reinstall. All the bolts and nuts of the external parts of the machine have caps.

The contact pipelines are made of 316L stainless steel or other better alloy steel materials, and the material certificate provided by third party is required. The pipelines are processed with mirror polishing, with the inner surface roughness ≤ 0.4μm and the outer surface roughness ≤ 0.8μm; The weld seam is polished and passivated. The outer surface is smooth, neat, beautiful, with chamfers and rounded corners at the transition. There is no obvious dents, burrs, scratches, bruises and rust.


All non-contact surfaces shall be at least made of 304 stainless steel (except for special stations) and can resistant to corrosion by strong acids, strong bases and chloride ions. The weld on the outer surface is polished to Ra<0.8µm and is processed with passivation; The coating has the same color, no bubbles and no shedding.
