Morshine MSFD-50KW-P wind turbine Tie to On-Grid is composed by six parts. Wind wheel.Permanent Magnet Direct Drive Generator. Yaw Rotator control Steady. Free Tower. Tie On-Grid Controller.Tie On-Grid Inverter and other Installation Accessories. It could used for building a small wind power station. Also could be used for small factories power supply system. The Biggest Feature of Morshine 60kw wind turbine: It adopted the advanced and reliable Pneumatic Pitch control technology.

C. Wind Turbine Body Part Instruction

D. Yaw. Brake Control Rotary Support Body Instruction
| The yaw system device is com[posed by a 2.2kw 3-phase AC motor. Gearbox Reducer. And Yawing Turbo Tank. The yaw system device installed in the nacelle working could make the wind turbine blades rotor always towards to a direction. When the controller receive the deflection signal from the wind vane or speed signal and Voltage signal. After analyzing the signal by the Controller PLC, PLC will sent the Yawing drive command to the Yaw Motor working. Yawing could happen in following 3 cases. Case 1: When the wind direction changes, The yaw system startup to make the wind wheel towards to the wind. Reducing losses of wind. Case 2:When the wind speed is faster than 20m/s, the pitch system operating at the same time the yaw system startup to keep the wind turbine rotor speed stable. Protecting the whole wind turbine system in safety status. Case 3:When generator's temperature is higher than 180ºC, or the running flutter margin of the wind turbine is bigger than Security settings. The yaw system startup to reduce the wind turbine rotor speed. Protecting the whole wind turbine system in safety status. Braking system is composed by brake pads. Brake caliper. brake caliper mounting brackets. brake linings and friction plate. Cylinder for pneumatic brake. Braking will happen in the following Cases: Case 1: When the wind turbine operating remarkably. Pitch First then brake. Case 2: When worker does maintenance project to the wind turbine. Or the wind turbine happen failure, Need repairing. Case 3: Any other situation need emergency shutdown. Wind wane and Anemometer are all designed by ourself. They all receive the signal by proximity switches. PLC controller sent run command to yawing system. braking system and pitch system after analyzing the analog signal from the wind wane and Anemometer. Use the proximity switches have stronger signal. More durable and more resistent to interference merit. Bearings in the wind turbine are made by NSK or SKF, it is the key for high quality of wind turbine. |
E. Pitch Control Rotary Support Body Instruction
| The wind turbine adopt advanced Pneumatic pitch control system.when wind turbine is in the parking status, the wind turbine blades power attack angle is at 90˚ status. When the wind speed is higher than 3m/s, the PLC will sent command to the yaw instruction system. brake system and pitch system. Wind wheel will mapped to wind automatically, Braking system release caliper, in the same time the pneumatic pitch system startup to promote the synchronous disk for pitching in the Hub to make the blades do 13˚ rotation movement in the positive direction. Then the wind turbine blades will in the best startup attack angle status. When the wind turbine rotor speed reach 15r/min, the PLC will sent command to pitch system again, promoting the blades attack angle at 6˚. the best running angle. When the wind speed reach higher than 14m/s or the power higher than 65kw or the voltage higher than 500V, then the PLC will sent pitch command to the Pneumatic release system, then the wind turbine blades attack angle will in a right attack angle value from 6˚ to 45˚ , it could keep the wind turbine in best 65kw running state. When the wind speed faster than 25m/s or happen any abnormal operation, then the PLC will sent release air pressure command to pneumatic pitch system, the pitch cylinder will release the air pressure fully in moment. At the same time the strong spring release driving force to make the wind turbine attack angle return to the original static 90˚ status, wind turbine rotor speed could decelerate from 90r/min to 6r/min in moment, after reducing the rotor speed, the braking system start brake reaction. The Biggest advantage of pneumatic pitch control technology is that all kinetic energy for pitch and brake is come from the air pressure in the cylinder. The air pressure make the braking system from the braking state to the released state, As the same the air pressure make the pitch system let the blades from the 90˚ attack angle standstill state to the 6˚ attack angle best running state. When the wind turbine encounter any unsafe or unforeseen extreme conditions, the PLC will sent command to air cylinder to relieve all air pressure at the first time, the the wind turbine will return to standstill state and braking state. This could avoid any running out of control about wind turbine occurring. Ensure the wind turbine running safely. Reduce the failure rate. Improve efficiency. |
