Shenzhen Shiyuan Information Co., Ltd. (the "company") was incorporated in Cayman Lands in June 2002. The company (stock code: 2369) was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 9 December 2004. Yulong Computer Telecommunications Scientific (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd (the "Yulong") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Yulong was founded by Mr. Guo Deying (the company Chairman) in 1993. Yulong is a leading developer and provider of total wireless data solutions with a focus on mobile telecommunication market for enterprises, governments and telecom operators around China. Over the past teens years, Capitalising on wireless telecommunication technological know-how in wireless telecommunication across multiple wireless telecommunication network standards including paging, GSM, CDMA1X, and PHS network, we have owned various proprietary technologies and patents such as operating system, RF, Protocal and wireless data decomposed transmission technology.
