The paper that we use is mostly a biodegradable waste that can easily be decomposed with the passing time. In the present times there has been a huge usage of paper. Nearly everywhere we go we can easily see papers around. The usage of paper is vivid and is increasing by time. Some basic usage of paper includes newspapers, books, text copy, pamphlets, posters, magazine papers, calendars, and many more.

Waste Carton Recycling Machine mainly use waste carton to process new paper, such as craft paper, fluting paper, corrugated paper, test liner paper, duplex paper and so on.
This product line include 2 sections:
1. Paper pulp making section: usually use the hydra-pulper to crush the waste carton board into paper pulp, then use the stiring machine to mix the pulp well, centrifugal screen, pressure screen, sand remover etc. can remove the impurities in the pulp and make the pulp more finer. Pulp pump can lifting the pulp to the next steps and needed machine.
2. Paper making section: This section include forming part, press part, drying part, Calender part, winding part and some other.
Forming part, can be multi-cylinder mould, single-fourdrinier wire,double-fourdrinier wire or repeated wires. The pulp can be extracted by cylinder mould or spraied on the long wire, the wet paper are formed.
Press part, the water of wet fiber can be squeeze out under high pressure of large rolls.
Drying part, the pressed wet paper be dried by the heated dryer sylinder, the final product water content is lower 6%.
Calender part,the smoothness, gloss and tightness of the paper sheet can be improved after calending, .
Winding part, the paper will be processed into jumbo roll for further processing.
