We stand by our guarantee that our mass produced products are of the same quality as the trial sample you received. Before we begin mass production, we manufacture five units, which are then put through a 48-hour aging test. Every unit must pass in order for mass production to begin. During volume manufacturing, we check all semi-finished products, conduct a 4- to 6-hour aging test at 60 degrees Celsius for all finished products, and then complete another final 100% inspection before packing.
Advanced testing equipment is sourced from Hitachi and Leader. ICs and LCD panels are procured from leading suppliers overseas. Our products are CE- and FCC-certified.
Your OEM projects are welcome at Xin Yuan Electronics. We have a strong R&D team of 10 experienced staff. If you want to add a special feature to any of our OEM-ready products, we′ll have the design ready in three days and the sample delivered in less than one week. Monthly production capacity is 20, 000 sets; an order for 500 units can be delivered in 20 days.
