Application: PED series is dedicated to production of three-layers air bubble film. PEC series is dedicated to producing of five or seven layers air bubble film that is laminated composite materials such as VMPET, EPE film, Aluminum foil, Shielding film.
The air bubble film that is laminated VMPET or aluminum foil on both sides is an excellent thermal and sound insulation materials, can be used for car sun shade, roof insulating slab and flame retardant material. Air buubble film laminated conductive film is a best packaging materials of sophisticated circuit boards and other electronic products, , both to avoid static electricity, can also play a role in cushioning shock, all-round protect packaged goods. Air bubble film with kraft paper and BOPP film is the main material that is used to make bubble envelope.
Both in the buffer or insulation, air bubble film with double-layers bubble has greater advantage than the single-layer bubble.
