Shijiazhuang City Shengxin Malleable Iron Pipe fitting Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd. is a big enterprise in producing malleable iron pipe fittings, carbon steel pipes, and steel nipples, valves and faucet and mixer. It was established in 1989, our company has 200 employees and about 30 professional technical experts, its fixed assets totaled six million RMB, annual turnover is amount to twenty million RMB.
The factory has 15200 square meters, with our Polish, Zincification and machine tool machining workshop, and we also own a foundry which is located in Luquan city. Being subject to the advanced manufacture technique and close check throughout the production on all measuring tools and instruments, our malleable iron pipe fittings are made by mechanize process, and are ensured for their durability, surface luster, geometrical precision in size and strong resistance to rust. Accuracy and convenience in use and interchange ability are guaranteed.
KINDS AND SPECIFICATION: These pipe are available in the following ranges: Bends, Elbows, Tee, Cross, Union, Nipple and Bushing etc. The specification vary from 1/4-6. The products are mainly divided into: Banded, Beaded and Plain, Galvanized and Ungalvanized, made to British Standard Thread, American Standard Thread, Germany Standard Thread and Korean Standard Thread.
The various valves, the main products are brass and zinc ball valves, angle galves, gate valves, bib check valves, globe valves, and butterfly valves, produce as per DIN/EN, American, BS, JIS standard. The whole production lines numerical control laths.
The forged flanges canbe divided into the standard: ANSI B 16.5 ASA API-605 AWWA C-207, MSS SP. 44, DIN 2527/2573/2576/2502/2503/2632/2633/2634/2635/2636/2637/2638, BS 3293/10/4504, JIS-B2220, KS-B1503 etc, The materials including: Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and we can accept the production which according to your specific demand.
The carbon steel nipples as per ANSI/DIN/BS standard threaded, black and electric &hot dipped galvanized. From 1/2" to 6"close nipples.
The carbon steel pipe fittings have elbow90 short and long, elbow45 short and long, t tee, reducer and so on.
