CPU PlatformMulti processor efficient collaboration, core processor with 1GHz main frequency, program capacity of 16MB, data capacity of 64MB, extended storage of 32GB, independently developed microkernel real-time operating system, stable and reliable platform, high operating efficiency, single instruction execution time of only 10ns, powerful computing ability, 1/0 expansion capacity of up to 40000 points. cPU module comes with 2-way Ethernet and 2-way RS485.
Bus architectureBy integrating existing technology accumulation and the latest technology, we have innovatively designed a control system bus architecture. The high-speed bus CH is integrated into the backplane, which is used to expand the communication module and CPU, as well as the communication cabinet bus CC between single rack redundant CPUs. The bus CC in the control cabinet is suitable for rack expansion, and the number of racks does not exceed 4. The real-time remote bus CE is used for remote rack expansion, and a single master station can expand 30. The universal remote bus CR of the slave station adopts the standard Ethernet protocol, which is used for interconnection and intercommunication between different series of products. CH, CE, and CC are all redundant designs, and the switching between main and backup communication is reliable and efficient.
ReliabilityThe scheme design not only focuses on the progressiveness of technology, but also pays more attention to the stability and reliability of software and hardware. The scheme has experienced long-term field tests, good electromagnetic compatibility, strong environmental adaptability and multiple measures to adapt to various industrial sites: chip selection, isolation, electromagnetic protection, low-power complete redundant scheme: cP redundancy (single rack and dual rack), communication redundancy, power redundancy All modules support hot plugging, Replacing faulty modules does not affect the normal operation of the control system. All expansion modules are intelligent and can be diagnosed up to the channel level.
OpennessSupport various standard interfaces, seamlessly integrate with monitoring software and HMI, connect various intelligent devices through communication master stations such as Canopen and RS485, and connect to other system programming software through slave modules such as Pro inet and Ether CAT. It complies with the international standard IEC61131-3, has good universality, customizes exclusive function blocks and subroutines, protects user intellectual property rights, fully integrates T and 0T, and solidifies the foundation of intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet.
CC BusThe CC bus is used for convenient l/0 expansion, with low expansion costs and no need for software settings. It is plug and play and is suitable for small sites or intelligent equipment control. It can only expand ordinary SIM modules, cannot expand high-speed modules or communication modules. The number of expansion backboards should not exceed 3, and the maximum connection distance between backboards is 1m. The bus is a dual redundant automatic switch, one for use and one for backup, ensuring communication security. When using the CC bus, address differentiation is required by dialing the code on the back of the module.
CH BusThe CH bus is a high-speed bus integrated on the backplane. It does not need user settings. It is automatically enabled when the CPU needs high-speed communication or large amount of data transmission, such as high-speed counting, multi-channel Ethernet communication or other three party protocol communication. When edge computing unit assists in cP calculation, it can exchange data with the CPU through the H bus. The data exchange time is within 1ms, which is different from the previous non real-time auxiliary calculation, and can meet the control requirements of the real-time system
Real time remote CE busThe CE bus adopts Ethernet link layer data transmission technology, which can facilitate networking when the number of points is large, the distance is far, and the refresh speed is required to be fast. The interface mode of the CE communication module is dual R45, which can form a ring network redundancy when entering the entire network. Nodes can be transmitted through Ethernet cables or converted to fiber optic transmission to increase distance. The latest international data exchange mechanism is adopted between stations, and the L0 refresh time is extremely short. A typical single cPU with 2000 analog points has a 1/0 refresh time of 30ms. The CPU supports multiple master stations (a single backplane can support up to 10 EMs), and a single CEM can expand to 30 slave stations (30 0E-S) at the same time. Increasing the number of CEMs can further shorten the 1/0 refresh time. In a dual rack redundant structure, Remote backplane uses ring network to increase reliability. On remote backplanes with ES modules, Profibus DP/Modbus communication modules can be added to communicate with other local devices.
Universal Remote CR BusBy using the CR bus (built-in in the cPU Ethernet port), RPC3000/RP02000 products can easily interconnect and exchange remote RPo200/RP partial 3000 c gates on the TcP/IP network υ Switching to communication module mode, its configuration and programming debugging are completed on the main RPC3000. A single main RPc3000 can support up to 8 RPC2000/RPC3000 remote stations per rack. In non redundant and low real-time requirements, using CR network networking can not only simplify programming work, but also greatly save hardware costs.
Hybrid networkIn practical engineering, four types of buses can be combined and applied to achieve good results. For the parts that require high reliability, dual rack redundancy and CE ring network can be used to improve reliability. For the parts that require fast response, the method of hanging multiple CE master stations on the H-bus can be used to improve the response speed of l/0. In situations that require large-scale control and do not require high response speed, The combination of cC and CR can be used to effectively reduce costs. Even when multiple buses are used simultaneously, the CPU module can still communicate with devices in the network using the communication port installed on the main body or the communication module installed on the backplane
