In May of 2009, the company spend RMB1.5 billion, as part share, set up subsidiary factorytotal cost more than RMB5 billion, invested with the most advanced machine in North of China. That produce LSAW (JCOE) especially large diameter, thick wall thickness Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding (SAWL or DSAW which stands for Dual Submerged Arc Welding) steel pipe, with annual production ability 300000tons.

Factory is passed ISO9001 quality management system, and now applying for ISO14004 environmental management system, OhSAS 18001 occupational health and safety system, API (American Petroleum Institute) and also China pressure pipeline manufacturing license (A1).

Current production facilities include two JCOE production lines for SAWL pipe. ALL capable to manufacture national standard GB9711, world wide standard API SPEC 5L and CE (PED) steel pipe products. The Size scope is from OD 406mm (16") to OD1, 930mm (76′′). Wall thickness scope from 12.7mm (1/2 inch) to 100mm (4"). Our steel pipe products can be widely used as high pressure conveyance pipeline in energy industry (oil, gas, coal slurry). LSAW pipe also be used for project fields such as construction, bridge, power engineering etc.

We products sell well in domestic and international projects, it has distributed to shengli oil field group, North of China oil field, Shanxi mountain area coal gas convey, Cangzhou Chemical work, Syria BRC refinery, Srilanka ice cream refrigeration, Egypt electricity system¬ WKPP power plant, CPC oil refinery etc. Which largely used in project of conveying oil, gas, water, oil development, fire protection, buildings, machinery, chemical engineering, steam heating, Mining Engineering, boiler, and Seaside Construction.
