Established in 1996, Jiangyin Tianyu Nickel Screen Co., Ltd. now is one of the largest nickel screen manufacturers in China. Our company specializes in the manufacture of various cylinder nickel screens.
Our nickel screens are applied for different mold printing machines and mold coating machines with over 80 specifications. The number of mesh includes 30, 40, 60, 80, 100, 105, 125, 135, 155, 165 and 185. Special specification of lower mesh nickel screen and GDD nickel screen can be made according to users′ requirements. Our main product′s circumference is 640mm (819, 914, 1, 018 can be made according to orders), width is 1, 450-3, 500mm.
During our participation in the constitution of national nickel standard FZ/TQ2045-99, we presented strict requirement and standard according to our production level, and they have been adopted by the new standards.
