TOSCO-2005 was developed in year of 2005, based on Japanese technology, absorbing all other machine advantage and deleting their shortages.

1)The whole machine is controlled by OMRON PLC program-controlled system,
Speed is controlled by Toshiba frequency transformer.
2)High Injecting accuracy, controlled in +-5mg, 6 mat-feeding-channels, 6 filling mouthes,
You can adjust filling amount from 30mg to 300mg per mat. Every mouth can be adjust separately, the mouthes are made by metal, which has a long life.
3)High qualified rate of finished Mat, commonly 99.7% qualified rate
4)High productive ability, the machine can work stably to produce 480PCS-630PCS per minutes
5)The machine has advanced cutting method, the method is rotary cutting, longer life, low noise, high precision, not same as traditional impulsive-cutting method.
