To meet various requirements of the thermal conductivity, EMI and budgets, we provide IMSs with the choice of thermal conductivity from 2.2 W/m. K to 3.0 W/m. K and a base metal from copper, aluminum to steel. In addition to these choices, we also offer you excellent product performance in the electrical breakdown strength and peeling strength.
Our products have been used for, but not limited to, below applications:

We provide comprehensive customer service. Our engineer will handle any issue from our customer within 24 hours. If needed, we also provide live customer service, and even develop customized products for them. Our IMSs have passed the tests conducted by SGS to comply with the IEC62321, and don′t contain any RoHS regulated substrate.
