These engineers wanted to develop a company where they could take pride in their work, strive to improve daily through continual challenges and learning, and be at the forefront of an emerging breed of manufacturing companies that exhibit integrity, responsibility and accountability - traits sorely lacking within the local manufacturing industry.
Drawing from their collective knowledge of the Chinese manufacturing industry, and its associated weaknesses, they set to identifying what systemic obstacles needed to be removed in order for them to succeed where others had failed.
