Meanwhile, we have the park is planned to be the largest international stone industry distribution base in the northern part of China. According to the park plan, various stone enterprises will be introduced into the park such as large and medium comprehensive enterprises, specialized and characterized enterprises, production and processing enterprises, rough stone dealers and coal masters. Meanwhile adequate and systematic extra services zone will be equipped to serve entry enterprises in commodity trade, logistics & warehousing, processing and production, forming a complete industrial chain of the stone industry and making the park reach win-win cooperation with entry enterprises.

In the park, a rough stone storage yard of 400 Mu (270, 000m2) will be built, which is expected to store blocks of 320, 000m3, the world′s largest block storage yard. It will be equipped with sheet storerooms, a sheet trading center and an office building.

It is planned that the land of the initial phase will be sold to attract investment, and in the later phases standardized industrial factory buildings will be built for rent.

In order to build an ecological park convenient for daily life, residential community and large commercial area will be built so as to provide more human services for employees. Houses and apartments in such areas are to be rent out.
