Wuxi Guosheng Precision Tool Co., Ltd was founded in 1999 with the location in Wuxi Yangming High & New Technology Industrial Development Zone. It covers an area of 10, 000 sq. meters totally and the area for plant is 6000 meters. Up to the year 2004 the total investment has reached US$12, 000, 000. The whole plant is controlled with central air-conditioner to keep the constant temperature and moisture. It now has around 450 staffs with 10 percent the designers and 70 percent the manufacturing staffs.
The company mainly manufactures precision dies and die spares for:
Fin dies and die spares for air-conditioners
Stamping dies and die spares for connectors
Semiconductors
Stamping dies and die spares for motors
Electron guns
The company passes through ISO9001: 2000 quality certification in the year 2002 and now is regarded as one of the three leading tool companies by China Die & Mould Association. And a new 12, 000 sq. meters plant will be ready by 2006 with US$37, 500, 000. In 5 years, more than 200 equipments will be invested in new plant. The total employees will be able to reach 650. The field of precise plastic mold & medical appliance is also developing.
