Performance and features:
SJSZ series conical twin screw extruders are special equipments for the extruding and shaping of different PVC powder materials, equipped with different modules and auxiliary machines. The extruders can manufacture all kinds of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, decorative buckle boards, WPC materials, bar materials and granule materials.

The barrels of the extruders with casting aluminum heating rings and air cooling system can transmit the heat quickly and regularly, which is convenient to operate and repair. The core of the screw adopts the automatic circulating cooling regulatory system to promote efficiency.

We can prepare the most suitable screws for our customers according to their different requirements, so as to achieve the best plasticizing effect.
Bearings and imported oil seals are adopted in reduction box and distribution box. Gears are made of high quality azotized alloy steel. The temperature control system with the imported temperature control meter can ensure the accuracy of± 1 centigrade. The frequency control system adopts the imported transducer or DC speed regulator. The electrical system has automatic self-diagnosis and failure alarm, and the current protection device.
