The Double Die Head Two-Colour Striped Film Blowing Machine Set is composed with two screw stems and cylinder with one die head, It adopts the device of two different plastic materials, which can blow different kinds of striped vest bags, it can get colorfur bags without pringting, with such features as beautiful colors, average stripe, logical structure, advanced technology, even rewinding and high output.
The cylinder and screw stems are made of high-quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after precision finishing and nitrogen treatment.
The die head is plated with hard chrome, of screw mandrel type structure with even and smooth discharging, the blown plastic film has fine finishing, the blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
The coiling unit adopts torque motor to keep proper tension and make rolling even and roll-changing easy.
