Q: How is efficiency of wireless charge, and how long will be full charged to mobile phone?
A: Output power of wireless charge is adapt to 5W/7.5W/10W according to different receiving power of mobile phones.
Q: How to solve the problem when clips open and close automatically by infrared sensing without puting mobile phone?
A: There is one button on back side that can turn on/off infrared sensor: clips will open and close twice without placing mobile phone infrared sensor will be turned off, refleshing it by touch the side button. Another way to turn on/off infrared sensor by voice commands for model M3.
Q: Are there products patent and certifications?
A: There are patent, CE,RoHs and FCC certifications for each product.
Q: Why gravity or magnetic types also can be operated by one hand and cheaper?
A:The disadvantage of gravity holder can not be placed horizontally, can not clamp the phone tightly; The suction of magnetic holder decays over time and eventually fails to hold the phone, and magnets affect cell phone communication, navigation signals and cell phone batteries.
