Our company is located in China Light Industry Mould Base - Yuyao, which has been reputed as "Plastic Hometown" and "Mould Kingdom". We are 8km away from the junction of Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, 40km from Ningbo Lishe Airport and Beilun Harbor International Wharf. Our location is close to No. 329 State Line in the north and is adjacent to Shanghai-Ningbo Railway Station. So we enjoy convenient transportation. Our factory covers an area of more than 4, 000 square meters with a floor space of over 5, 000 square meters.
Our company owns CAD, CAM and CAE Technical Application Rooms which have been required by the mould design, production, testing and debugging. Our company possesses advanced NC machining center, profile miller, precision electric pulse, wire cutting machine, electric spark machine, engraving machine and other equipment, which are necessary for the mould manufacture. Our company has several sets of numeric control plastic jetting molding machines with 60g-2500g specifications. We also offer services of product screen printing, surface treatment and paint spraying.
Our company provides old and new customers with one-continuous-line serving system from product design, die production to plastic jetting and molding. We reduce the cycle needed cost and time for customers to develop new goods and provide a profit margin to take up more market share.
