Jingmu(Zhuhai) Co., Ltd was established in 1992 in Zhuhai---a beatuiful coastal city close to Hongkong and Macao. We have specialized in plastic molds, injection molding and plastic products printing and assembly for more than 20 years, are a manufacturing enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales and service.

Business Scope

Main business of Jingmu are plastic injection mold manufacturing and plastic products production with silk screen printing, assembly and other supporting services as our subline. Our business involved in many industries, such as electrical appliances, household appliances, household products, communication equipments, agricultural machineries, automotive and motorcycle accessories. Our products have been exported to the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Italy, Russia, Iran, Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions.

Research & Development

Jingmu has a top-notch R & D team and adopt the method of project management to launch work which covers the whole process during product design, production review, mold flow analysis, quality inspection and product import. It ensures each product meets the practical requirements of designers and provides our customers an optimum proposal, hence, the lead time and the quality of products can be fully guaranteed, while reducing costs.

Main Equipments

Jingmu has precision and advanced manufacturing and inspection equipments. Our manufacturing equipments include imported high-speed CNCs, mirror EDMs, Mitsubishi wire-cutting machines, die spotting devices, automatic tapping machines and deep-hole drillers. Inspection equipments include

Coordinate measuring machines, projectors, chromatisim equipments, etc.

We also have 20 plastic injection machines of international well-known brands with tonnages from 80T to 650T. These machines are equiped with manipulators, drying machines, feeding machines and other auxiliary devices to maximize automatic production capacity.

Jingmu obtained the certification of quality system ISO9001 in 2002 and the certification of environment system ISO14001 in 2013. We are a council member of Guandong Die and Mould Industry Association, a member of China Die and Mould Industry Association, a University-enterprise cooperation organization of Nanjing Forestry University and a high-tech enterprise.
