Dongguan city aofeng rubber & plastic products Co. Ltd. located in zengbu luwu industry zone, chashan town, Dongguan city, Guangdong province. It was established on August, 1987. And experienced Fuhua and Huafeng developing stages during the past 20 years. Through the reconstruction in 2009, the size and the actual strength of our company has become more powerful than ever before. It covers about 12.000 squares meters with 300 employees, not only passed the authentication of ISO9001: 2008, but also received the Certificate of Green Partner from Sony.
We are specialized in the production of different kinds of sillicon goods. They have the performances such as shockproof, oil proof, high temperature resistance, ageing resistance, abration resistance and chemical resistance. And also we manufacture rubber products, sponge, EVA and sound absorbing sheet. Our products have been used in many industries, for example, the electronics, electrical equipments, communication equipments, computers, toys, decorative lighting, sound equiments, bathroom accessories, sports equipments and machinery manufacture.
Our company owns the whole set of production equipment and the improved inspection equipment all of which will help the customer to design and develop all sorts of rubber and plastic Accessories, mould maching and stitching maching.

We have taken the ISO9000 as the standard of our quality mangament system, "customer first and continuous improvement" as our quality policy. We have established "customer follow-up" as our devolopment strategy. In order to achieve the quality assurance, we have taken SPC and DFMEA as controlling means, 8D Method as corrective measure, and MSA as our measuring and analyzing ways.
Producing workship
The whole area of our factory is about 12, 000 square meters, and the three-storey workshops covers 5.160 square meters. The vulcanization workshops are set on the first floor, and the admistrative area, trimming department, packing department are on the second floor, and the third floor is our finished goods warehouse.
Currently, we get 138 sets of domestic and foreign equipment. The whole investment capital is more than 24 million yuan. We have different advanced equipment, including several open rubber mixing mills, closed rubber mixing mill, plate vulcanization machine, sand spraying device, open type press machine, hand punch, material cutting machine, air compressor, rubber cutting machine and centrifugal extractor. Most of the advanced technologies are introduced from Taiwan, Japan or Germany, and many senior technicians from Japan, Taiwan, Shanghai or Tianjin were once invited to give lessons and technical consultation.
