Hinoah HI-OTDR-2000 series'OTDR is designed for FTTx network testing, with high performance and multifunction. Adopted the most advanced technology of double-color & material integrative mould, which is novel and beautiful in appearance. Except OTDR's general function, HI-OTDR-2000 also embedded with visible fault locating (VFL) and optical power meter module.

Application:
Measurement optical fiber's physical characteristics: such as fiber length, transmission loss and splicing loss, etc. Also widely used in cable manufacturing, construction and maintenance in optical fiber communication system.
Extra-short Event Dead Zone
1 meter extra-short event dead zone makes it possible to test short optical fiber like patch cord and pigtail.
High-speed Auto Measurement
Auto measurement function makes operator no need to know much details of operating. Operator can view the displayed trace and event table after simply connecting fiber, press "Start" button in a few seconds

Rapidly and precisely locate the events and faults, which make the maintainers' work more efficiency.
Unique PON Testing Function
HI-OTDR-2000 is an ideal access and FTTH network testing equipment, supports PON testing via 1×32, 1×64 splitter. 1m extra short dead zone and 0.05m high distance resolution makes HI-OTDR-2000 possible to analyze all events between the transmitter and central office.
Convenient VFL
Built-in 650nm visual fault locating, makes it easier to identify bad splicing, break fiber or bad connector, with 2mW output power, makes it available to test a distance more than 5km.
Automatically monitoring communication signal
When measuring a fiber in service, the OTDR's test result is not precise, and here have a potential risk of permanent damage to the internal photoelectric of OTDR receiver. For prevent these problems, HI-OTDR-2000 OTDR can detect automatically and silently if communication light is present after the fiber under test is connected, once the light is verified present, simultaneously, a warning message will be displayed and internal OTDR protection will be active instantly.
Multi-external Interface:
HI-OTDR-2000 is with several different external interface, like USB, Min-USB, Ethernet, Earphone and SD, which made following functions available.
Train operators via multimedia.
Remote control for trouble shooting via Ethernet.
Printing trace and event table.
